State Fair Towing Services Contract - IFB-26-0294 - Request for Award (Ordinance S-53011) - Citywide

 

Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into a contract with Professional Towing and Recovery LLC to provide Arizona State Fair towing services for the Police Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the contract will not exceed $63,000.

Summary

This contract will provide towing services at the Arizona State Fair for the Police Department's Traffic Bureau. The Arizona State Fair is held annually during the months of September and October. During these months, towing services will be used on an as-needed basis to remove or relocate illegally parked vehicles. This tow vehicle service is essential for the Police Department to comply with the Arizona Revised Statutes, Phoenix City Codes, and Police Department policies.

 

Procurement Information

An Invitation for Bid was processed in accordance with City of Phoenix Administrative Regulation 3.10.

 

Five vendors submitted bids deemed to be responsive to posted specifications and responsible to provide the required goods and services. Following an evaluation based on price, the procurement officer recommends award to the following vendor:

Contract Term

The contract will begin on or about July 1, 2026, for a five-year term with no options to extend.
