Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-43-20-4 and rezone the site from C-2 CNSPD (Intermediate Commercial, Coronado Neighborhood Special Planning District) and P-1 CNSPD (Parking, Coronado Neighborhood Special Planning District) to PUD CNSPD (Planned Unit Development, Coronado Neighborhood Special Planning District) to allow a hotel and other commercial uses.
