Pursuant to A.R.S. 4-203, a spirituous liquor license shall be issued only after satisfactory showing of the capability, qualifications and reliability of the applicant and that the public convenience and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance. If an application is filed for the issuance of a license for a location, that on the date the application is filed has a valid license of the same series issued at that location, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the public convenience and best interest of the community at that location was established at the time the location was previously licensed. The presumption shall not apply once the licensed location has not been in use for more than 180 days.

I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I pass both title 4 basic and title 4 manager certification of AZ Liquor Law for my future employment, I require this training too in order get job at my establishment. I'm the owner who also work as manager and server at my place. I'll be at my place all the time during business operation hour. (We closed Mondays, Tues-Fri 11am - 2:30pm & 4:30pm - 10pm, Sat & Sun 12noon - 10pm) So I can fully observed and control the consumption of alcohol by consumers.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“In traditionally, people love pairing sake with raw sushi. Our recipes and menu items are prepared with consideration to consumption of beer, wine and sakes. We intend to provide our guests with full range of culinary experience. In pass 6 half years, the previous owner already succeed in build up a accountability and regular customers base from community. Also have zero record of violation on Liquor Law. We will add to best efforts to continue serve our community. We expect that approxiatly 65% of revenue to come from food 25% from alcohol, 10% from non-alcohol beverage sales. We will be well trained for food safety and beverage service to all my floor-staff. We love to share our culture through food and give each other nourishment to our community!”
