With 40 years of entrepreneurial experience across various industries, including real estate and investments, my partner, Joan Dominique Clancy, has a background in wholesaling beauty products and more. We hold licenses in banking, real estate brokerage, and mortgages, which reflects our thorough understanding of the regulations required to maintain this license. Our focus is on building safety, as we have owned and managed the property for over 30 years. Additionally, we possess the financial stability necessary to sustain operations through our successful business ventures over the years.”
