Report

Summary

The Agreement will provide to the Water Services Department the ability to purchase PerkinElmer Mercury Analyzers and Autosampler instruments, as well as the option to purchase extended warranties, allowing annual preventative maintenance and repairs on the instruments. The City of Phoenix utilizes these instruments to obtain analytical results of mercury for safe drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste and to comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The instruments are sensitive equipment that require annual maintenance to keep them in optimal working condition.

This item has been reviewed and approved by the Information Technology Services Department.

Procurement Information

Contract Term

The contract will begin on or about October 1, 2025, for a four-year term with a two-year option to extend the term.
