I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“Applicant is committed to upholding the highest standards for retail sales of alcohol. Managers and staff will be trained in Arizona liquor law and the techniques of responsible sales and service to guests 21 and over.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“Gracie's Tax Bar is an adaptive reuse project of a building previously occupied by a tax service business. The Bar will feature craft cocktails in a casual, uniquely-designed space, welcoming to locals and visitors. Applicant would like to offer alcoholic beverages to guests 21 and over.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
