Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an agreement with Orbit Industrial Services & Maintenance LLC. to provide rigging equipment and certification services for the Water Services Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the agreement will not exceed $2,465,000.

Summary
This contract will provide Water Services with the ability to purchase training and certification services for rigging equipment. The City of Phoenix requires all rigging equipment to be certified in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

An Invitation for Bid procurement was processed in accordance with City of Phoenix Administrative Regulation 3.10.
Three vendors submitted bids and are listed below; two bids were found to be responsive and responsible. Following an evaluation based on price, the procurement officer recommends award to the following vendor:

Contract Term
