Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-61-18-8 and rezone the site from DTC - Warehouse to DTC - Warehouse HP to add a Historic Preservation zoning overlay for Arizona Sash & Door Company Warehouse.
