Description

Request to authorize the City Manager to amend Section 601 of the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance by adopting Official Supplementary Zoning Map 1298. This amendment reflects that the property owner has met all of the rezoning conditions previously approved by City Council with Z-SP-33-70 and the entitlements are fully vested.
