Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-56-21-2 and rezone the site from CP/GCP PCD (Commerce Park/General Commerce Park, Planned Community District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow multifamily residential and commercial uses. This is a companion case and should be heard following GPA-PV-3-21-2.
