Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-91-25-6 and rezone the site from R-5 (Multifamily Residence District - Restricted Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow a self-service storage facility and R-5 uses.
