For $16,531.00 in payment authority to purchase scooter retrieval services from Sweep for the Street Transportation Department. COVID-19 extended the contract termination date when the pilot program was put on hold due to the pandemic. Council approved the downtown shared electric scooter pilot program which includes approximately 400 designated parking locations throughout the pilot area.
