Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-22-18-2 (Tatum & Dynamite Self Storage PUD) and rezone the site from C-1 to PUD for a Planned Unit Development to allow for self-storage and commercial uses.
