Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-69-25-8 and rezone the site from C-1 (Neighborhood Retail) to C-2 HGT/WVR (Intermediate Commercial, Height Waiver) to allow commercial uses with a height waiver. This is a companion case to Z-SP-5-25-8 and should be heard first, followed by Z-SP-5-25-8.
