Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-18-23-8 and rezone the site from C-2 (Intermediate Commercial), R1-6 (Single-Family Residence District) and P-1 (Passenger Automobile Parking, Limited) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow multifamily residential with ground-floor commercial.
