Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to accept a donation of one new full-size Chevrolet truck valued at approximately $64,000 from the Phoenix Police Reserve Foundation. The new truck will be used exclusively by the Phoenix Police Department reserve officers. Further request authorization for the City Treasurer to accept all funds related to this donation. If not approved, the donation will be declined.

The Phoenix Police Reserve Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides equipment to the Reserve Division that is not funded through the regular City budget. In recent years, the Foundation has donated vehicles used exclusively by reserve officers supporting various departmental operations.
