Summary
This resolution exempts certain vehicles owned or leased by the City of Phoenix, including vehicles in the Police, Fire, Human Services, and Aviation departments. A.R.S. section 38-538.03 stipulates that the governing body may grant such an exemption for a period of time not to exceed one year.
