Summary
Administer the oath of office for the reappointments of five Municipal Court Judges to another four-year term as Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court.
Concurrence/Previous Council Action
On November 5, 2025, the Judicial Selection Advisory Board recommended reappointments of five Municipal Court Judges to another four-year term as Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court.
On November 19, 2025, the City Council approved the reappointment of the following:
- Judge Monyette Nyquist as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on December 19, 2029.
- Judge Ana Sanchez as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on December 19, 2029.
- Judge Hercules Dellas as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
- Judge Heidi Gilbert as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
- Judge Frankie Jones as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
