Salgado Cellars Inc. has the capability, qualifications and reliability required to hold a liquor license in pursuant to Arizona law. Salgado Cellars Inc., is financially responsible, maintains good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission, and is committed to full compliance with all applicable provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes Title IV and the rules of the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control. Salgado Cellars Inc., understands and will uphold all requirements related to responsible alcohol service, prevention of underage sales, recordkeeping, taxation, and operation compliance. The company is committed to operating in a lawfull and responsible manner that protects public safety and the surrounding community.”
