I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I have been working in the restaurant industry for several years and I am familiar with liquor laws. I will be attending both Basic and Mangagement liquor law again and will require my staff to attend to be familiar with valid identification and quantities of alcohol that may be served. The liquor license is to complement the food service.”
