Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-21-21-5 and rezone the site from PSC (Planned Shopping Center District) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial District) to allow commercial uses. This is a companion case to Z-SP-2-21-5 and should be heard first, followed by Z-SP-2-21-5.
