I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

"Because I am a well established business that's been in business for over 30 years. On multiple occasions I have demonstrated my ability to responsibly serve others.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“We are a neighborhood favorite established restaurant with over 30 years of responsible service to customers. We feel this would be a benefit to our patrons to serve hard alcohol with their Italian entree's. Furthermore, we have been frequently asked for this service by our patrons.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
