Applicant’s Statement
The applicant submitted the following statement in support of this application. Spelling, grammar and punctuation in the statement are shown exactly as written by the applicant on the City Questionnaire.
I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“I have been assisting Arizona liquor licensed establishments with their licensing needs for over 20 years.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“Granting sampling privileges at this liquor store will benefit the community by allowing customers to make informed purchasing decisions before committing to a product. Sampling events provide an opportunity for consumers to learn about new products, local and craft brands in a controlled and regulated environment. These events can also support economic development by encouraging customers to shop locally, without increasing the store's hours or changing its primary business model.”
