Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-65-20-6 and rezone the site from P-1 (Parking District) and C-2 (Intermediate Commercial District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow multifamily residential.
