Four VPCs recommended approval, per the staff recommendation; one VPC recommended approval, per the staff recommendation, with direction to require site improvements for improved safety such as lighting, signage, walls and landscaping; one VPC recommended approval, per the staff recommendation with a modification to add a use permit requirement; one VPC recommended approval, per the staff recommendation with a modification to add a notification requirement for administrative review and to strengthen the provisions related to the review; two VPCs recommended denial; and six VPCs did not have a quorum, as reflected in Attachments C and D.
PC Action: The Planning Commission heard this case on June 1, 2023, and recommended approval, per the staff recommendation, by a vote of 7-1.
