Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-170-25-7 and rezone the site from C-2 HP MH (Intermediate Commercial, Historic Preservation Overlay, Middle Housing Overlay District) to WU Code T3:2 HP MH (Walkable Urban Code, Transect 3:2 District, Historic Preservation Overlay, Middle Housing Overlay District) for single-family residential.
