For $48,000.00 in payment authority to purchase a new hot water boiler system, including parts, installation, testing, removal, disposal and warranty for City-owned senior center Maryvale Parkway Terrace, located at 4545 N. Maryvale Parkway, for the Housing Department. The current boiler system is aged, inefficient and malfunctions frequently. It may go out at any time leaving residents in 108 senior units without hot water. This is federally funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development with no impact to the general fund.
