For $320,105 in additional payment authority for the reimbursement of permit and plan review fees, equivalent to the construction sales tax remitted between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, for the Planning and Development Department. The payment will be made from the Development Repayment Agreement Trust Fund, which is reimbursed from City funds based on the construction sales tax revenue generated from activity under the Development Agreement CON 72047, executed on January 3, 1996, between the City of Phoenix and the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education Research.
