Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-58-18-4 and rezone the Park Lee Alice Apartments from R-4 and R-4 SP to R-4 HP and R-4 SP HP for a Historic Preservation zoning overlay.
