Request the City Council to grant a public utility easement, for consideration of one dollar, to support the installation of new LED signage in the Mortgage Matchup Center (Arena) Pavilion, on City property in the Arizona Public Service Project (APS) service area, and further ordering the Ordinance recorded.

Summary
This public utility easement is brought forth at the request of Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, which manages and operates the Arena on behalf of the City of Phoenix through City Contract 53440, for the addition of new LED signage along the Arena's main atrium windows, totaling 6,484 square feet. Development of this project requires APS electric distribution facilities in order to support the project's electrical infrastructure. Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership is paying for all costs associated with this easement.
