Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-32-20-6 and rezone the site from R1-10 to R1-10 HP to allow a Historic Preservation overlay zoning for the Ozell M. Trask Residence.
