Description

Request to hold a public hearing on a General Plan Amendment to consider adopting the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related resolution if approved. Request to amend the General Plan Land Use Map designation on 95.86 acres from Commercial / Commerce / Business Park and Commercial to Commercial / Residential 15+ dwelling units per acre; and an update to the City Trails System Map. This item is a companion case to Z-29-25-7 and must be heard prior to Z-29-25-7.
