VPC Action: The Desert View Village Planning Committee heard this item on Sept. 10, 2019 and affirmed the plans without formal comment and that the plans are consistent with the Desert Ridge Specific Plan and the Areas C and D General Plan and recommended approval by a 9-0 vote.

PC Action: The Planning Commission heard this item on Oct. 3, 2019 and confirmed that the proposed plans are consistent with and meet the intentions of the Desert Ridge Specific Plan and the Areas C and D General Plan and recommended approval by a 7-1 vote.
