Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-68-25-3 and rezone the site from R-5 HROD (Multifamily Residence District - Restricted Commercial, Hatcher Road Overlay District) to R-5 HP HROD (Multifamily Residence District - Restricted Commercial, Historic Preservation Overlay, Hatcher Road Overlay District) to allow a Historic Preservation Overlay for Sunnyslope Presbyterian Church (now Franklin Phonetic School).
