Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment to consent to assignment of Sewer and Storm Drain Cleaning and Inspection Services Contract 160835 with Pro-Pipe, Inc. to Pro-Pipe Services, LLC. No additional funds are needed, request to continue using Ordinance S-50914 and S-52550.

Summary
The purpose of this amendment is to consent to assignment of the agreement with Pro-Pipe, Inc. to Pro-Pipe Services, LLC. This amendment would allow for the project and project duties to move forward unhindered.
This contract provides both scheduled and emergency cleaning and debris removal of sanitary sewers for the Water Services, Street Transportation, and Aviation departments. These services are essential to maintaining the integrity of the sewer system and preventing sanitary sewer overflows, stoppages, and structural failures.
Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged, ending on May 31, 2029.
Financial Impact
The aggregate value of the contract will not exceed $6,464,000 and no additional funds are needed.
Concurrence/Previous Council Action
The City Council previously reviewed this request for the agreement's approval on May 29, 2024, and for additional funding on January 21, 2026.
