Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to acquire all real property and related property interests required by donation; purchase within the City's appraised value; purchase at a settlement amount arrived at through mediation and determined by the City Manager, or designee, to be reasonable under the circumstances; or by the power of eminent domain for Fire Station 51. Additionally, request authorization for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item.
