Description

Request to hold a public hearing on the General Plan Amendment request for the following item to consider adopting the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related Resolution if approved. Request to modify the land use designation on the site from Industrial to Residential 15+ dwelling units per acre for multifamily residential uses. This file is a companion case to Z-24-19-1.
