Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-12-20-7 and rezone the site R1-8 (Single-Family Residence District), R-2 (Multifamily Residence District), R-3A (Multifamily Residence District), C-1 (Neighborhood Retail), and C-2 HGT/WVR (Intermediate Commercial, Height Waiver) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow commercial, multifamily, and single-family residential development.
