I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I am older than 25 years old. I know the benefits and harm alcohol has on human. I have basic and manager certification for alcohom managemnt.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“To protect the welbeing of the community. to make sure minors are not served with liquor. To make sure the business does not contrudict with the beliefs of the community.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
