Description
Staff will provide an overview and update to the Transportation, Infrastructure and Planning Subcommittee regarding the Planning and Development Department's Text Amendment Work Program. Staff requests the Transportation, Infrastructure and Planning Subcommittee’s input and guidance on priority of the text amendments.

Summary
Staff from the Planning and Development Department will present an overview and update to the Transportation, Infrastructure and Planning Subcommittee on the Planning and Development Department's Text Amendment Work Program. There are several pending text amendments to address Council policy initiatives regarding strategic density and affordable housing, electric vehicles, food action plan, climate action plan and updates to the Downtown Code. Staff is seeking Subcommittee direction on priority of the text amendments.
