Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by removing the Maricopa County RU-43 Zoning District and replacing it with the City of Phoenix S-1 Zoning District on a portion of a property at the location described below, which was annexed into the City of Phoenix on February 18, 2026, by Ordinance S-52611.
