Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-64-20-4 and rezone the site from R-5 (Multifamily Residence District) to C-2 (Intermediate Commercial District) for a music recording studio.
