I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“CVS/pharnacy holds approximately 6,500 licenses to sell alcoholic beverages throughout the United States and has comprehensive measures in place, including training programs, to ensure compliance with alcohol-related laws and regulations. CVS/pharmacy #6718 operates today with a Series 10/beer and wine retailer license and is changing that to a Series 9 license.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“CVS/pharmacy is committed to providing quality goods and services to its customers. The ability to sell alcoholic beverages assures that customers are conveniently and substantially served by a responsible retailer.”
