Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-15-20-8 and rezone the site from R1-6 and C-2 to PUD to allow a mix of commercial and residential development.
