I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I am dedicating mostly all of my time into my business and want to ensure I have an establishment that will be managed and always on point and it's the only way to provide for my family. I want to be loyal to my resturant and its future prosperity.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“El Clamaton is looking forward to offer it's customers it's high quality fresh and cooked food. I would like to offer alcoholic beverages as an incident to the delicous meals we have to offer.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
