Description

Request to authorize the City Manager to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-50-16-8 and rezone the site from S-1 BAOD, S-1 BAOD (Approved MUA BAOD), and R1-18 SP BAOD to PUD BAOD for a Planned Unit Development to allow a mix of uses including single-family residential and commercial.
