“I serve as agent on numerous liquor licenses in Arizona. I have been fingerprinted and background checked. I have Title IV expertise and have practiced liquor law for over 20 years in Arizona I have completed all paperwork for this AOC and submitted same to the Arizona Deptartment of Liquor License and Control.”
