I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“Applicant and its commonly controlled entities have operated with wholesaler licenses throughout the United States for the past several decades. Applicant previously operated a wholesaler business in Phoenix, AZ for several years without incident. Applicant is committed to adhering to all applicable liquor laws.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
