For $20,000 in retroactive payment authority for Beverly M. Massing, Carl C. Bosland, James P. Foley, Stacy M. Gabriel, and Steven M. Guttell, to serve as Phoenix Employment Relations Board (PERB) Hearing Officers. PERB is authorized by the Meet and Confer Ordinance, Phoenix City Code, Sections 2-209 et seq., to engage Hearing Officers for the purpose of conducting hearings related to charges filed under the Ordinance.
