Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-50-20-7 and rezone the site from C-3 SP CMOD (General Commercial, Special Permit, Capitol Mall Overlay District) to C-3 CMOD (General Commercial, Capitol Mall Overlay District) to remove the Special Permit to allow C-3 CMOD permitted uses.
